Overview: As a Product Owner for Quote-to-Contract (Q2C), you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within the IT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain. Your primary focus will be on Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM), ensuring seamless alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and enterprise-wide processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Feature and Acceptance Criteria Refinement:

    • Lead the refinement of prioritized features and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the business agile team.
    • Review and approve the proposed breakdown of features into user stories.
    • Review the proposed acceptance criteria in user stories.
  2. Iteration and Product Owner Collaboration:

    • Participate in iteration demos and Product Owner sync meetings.
    • Coordinate the presentation of PI results during Inspect & Adapt sessions.
  3. Product Roadmap Support:

    • Assist the Aspire Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) Contract Monitoring & Insights Product Manager with the development and continuous update of the product roadmap.
    • Support Design Authority presentations.
  4. Process Alignment and Support:

    • Align cross-ART processes, such as profitability calculation and cost base handling.
    • Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Contract Performance and Process Measurement:

    • Strong understanding of customer contract performance reporting and internal process performance measurement in large, multinational companies operating in complex selling environments, preferably in the MedTech industry.
  2. Technical Proficiency:

    • Proficient with Tableau and Snowflake platforms with experience in Front End report design. Knowledge of Conga reporting capabilities is a plus.
  3. Organizational and Project Management:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, ideally with knowledge of SAFe agile methodologies.
  4. Facilitation and Influencing:

    • Excellent facilitation and influencing skills to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  5. Communication and Presentation:

    • Strong communication, presentation, and language skills (written and verbal).
    • Ability to summarize complex problems succinctly for decision-making.
  6. Stakeholder Management:

    • Proficient in managing stakeholders effectively.
  7. Language Skills:

    • Fluent in English.
