We are seeking a SIAM/ServiceDesign Architect with strong background in SIAM and ITIL design, integration and best practice. You will play an active, guiding role to support the programme through the journey toward building an enduring SIAM organisation.

You should be able to demonstrate:

• Thought leadership in ITIL and SIAM and practical experience of having transformed complex IT focussed organisations.
• An ability to balance theoretical definition with practical application of ITIL/SIAM process and organisational transformation.
• An approach to work collaboratively in a multi-supplier, blended team environment. A core tenet of the programme is that individuals who will go on to play enduring roles in the BAU organisation have a role in the programme's delivery (for example, Process Owners).
• An ability to build on the work which has been delivered to date. Whilst the programme is not wedded to the content developed so far, there is a drive to move at pace and leverage this content where possible to do so.
• Relevant case studies where they have supported similar organisations with service management transformations and how lessons learnt from those engagements can be applied..
• Knowledge of effective service management patterns relevant to a federated business model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultancy and Advisory:

   • Provide expert advice and consultancy services to clients on SIAM strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
   • Conduct assessments of existing SIAM capabilities and develop roadmaps for improvement.
   • Design and implement SIAM operating models tailored to client needs.

2. Project Management:

   • Lead SIAM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and budgets.
   • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, service providers, and internal teams.
   • Develop project plans, manage risks, and report on project progress to senior management and clients.

3. Service Integration:

• Define and establish processes for service integration, ensuring effective collaboration and communication between service providers.
• Develop and implement governance structures, including roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate the resolution of service-related issues and conflicts among service providers.

Skills required;

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years in a SIAM role.
• In-depth knowledge of SIAM frameworks and methodologies (eg, ITIL, COBIT).
• Proven experience in managing multi-vendor environments and large-scale IT service integration projects.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings effectively.
• SIAM certification and other relevant IT service management certifications are highly desirable.

Mainly remote some travel around the South East required - Circa £650 - £700 per day inside IR35.
