Trade Floor Engineer (Junior or Senior) - Trade Floor, Market Data, 0365, Citrix (inside ir35)

Role Summary:

YASH Technologies are seeking either a Junior or Senior Trade Floor Engineer. This is a 6-12 months initial contract for our global Investment Banking client based in London. You will join a highly motivated and technically proficient Trade Floor Support team, providing top-tier desktop support to Front Office users engaged in multiple products - not limited to FX, Debt, Emerging Markets and Corporate Finance. You will play a pivotal role in supporting all Front Office technology, managing projects, and maintaining both on-premises remote racked-based compute solutions and the Disaster Recovery site.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Solid trade floor desktop support experience, including managing high-impact incidents and proactive problem management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/Office 365 suite of products, particularly Excel and Outlook, as well as plugins.
  • In-depth knowledge of Market Data/Trading/Execution platforms and Citrix remote connectivity technologies.
