Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant - 12 Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Hybrid Working

Evolve ERP - Are currently working with a global leading organisation for the hire on an initial 12 month daily rate contract of an Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant. This individual will have extensive experience of Oracle Cloud Payroll which will include working on multiple implementation projects

We require an individual who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, someone who can handle pressure situations and is comfortable working within a team as well as alone. We are looking for someone who is available to start this role ASAP.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize workload
• Strong knowledge of HCM & Payroll data structures, Fast Formulas, Payroll Process Flows and Calculations Cards in Oracle Fusion
• Supporting the payroll team through the parallel pay run process, identifying errors and liaising with the implementation team to fix these.
• Management and co-ordination of PCT testing activities to be undertaken by the business including test Scripting and execution for all Payroll Parallel Runs
• Defect management process, including recording test incidents and tracking of test incident resolution during the execution of Parallel Pay Runs
• Proficient in understanding Oracle HCM Cloud for payroll in the UK.
• Experience producing detailed reconciliation analysis in a concise, digestible format for business stakeholders.
• Understanding core HCM & Payroll processes and ability to run the payroll process end-to-end in Fusion
• Understanding and ability to support with HCM spreadsheet loader configuration and transactional data loads
• Good functional knowledge of Time and Labor modules impacting payroll
• Understanding of inbound integrations feeding payroll calculations
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be a team player and collaborate closely with the team for the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll.

Desirable

• Technical developer skills (inc SQL) to understand code logic underpinning our Azure DM tool.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-business suite
• Knowledge of azure dev ops
• Ability to interrogate Fusion HCM & Payroll data, eg developing Oracle BI Publisher reports
• Should have at least 2 implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM
