This is an Information Technology Coordinator role with responsibility for providing general IT support to the Global IT Operations team.

We are seeking an Information Technology Coordinator for our global IT Operations Department, reporting to the Corporate Vice President of Global IT Operations. This person will provide assistance with departmental general administrative tasks in support of day to day operations and will work closely with the Global IT Operations leaders in support of steady state operations.

Job Functions



  • Generate procurement requisitions as directed by Global IT Operations leaders
  • Management of Global IT Operations invoice processing queues in support of continuous service with vendors. Work with leaders to resolve payment processing issues.
  • Inventory rationalization and reporting. Work with IBM to ensure CMDB is continuously maintained for accuracy. Provide rationalized inventory to vendors ensuring that support contracts encompass accurate inventory.
  • Maintain our digital certificate inventory and renewal processing
  • Manage basic procurement approval queues
  • Support audit initiatives, specifically providing reports for Access (physical data center, and administrative credentials), vendor license compliance.
  • Provide support with the Request For Service processing with IBM
  • Provide support and validation requirements with the IBM Hardware Service Charge request process.
  • Conducting research on various projects and initiatives
  • Other tasks as requested

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.
  • Strong facilitation skills; communicates effectively with the project team and the business to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions as required.
  • Proven ability to sell management on solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicate effectively with business users, peers and senior management.
  • Strong understanding of various technologies specifically infrastructure (server, storage, networking, voice, cloud) but also understand the interactions with applications and databases.
This position requires a high level of resourcefulness, and outstanding organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, skilled at prioritizing and multi-tasking and be a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a flexible and fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates will have experience working in a large-scale corporate environment with the desire to build a career in Information Technology.
Previous experience in a multinational company.
